The Hoopers

. Continued cloudy and cool. Precipitation ending within 6 hours. Windy at times. It should be dry for my morning row, but the wind could be a problem. Rich you shouldn’t get wet if you ride to work in the morning. I have attached a picture of the Hooper weather station.
